Speed Rivets

With more than 40 years' experience in the high-value-added technical fastener market, Titanox has developed a range of speed rivets. This comprehensive range , high-quality range is marketed under the RIVELIT® brand. Ease of use, user-friendliness, high precision, high throughput, increased productivity and reduced assembly costs are the main advantages. Studied for assembly with access from only one side of the parts to be joined. These rivets can join materials of different types and thicknesses, such as metal, plastics, composites or even wood. The principle of repetitive riveting is based on a semi-automatic feeding system. Rivets loaded onto a needle are automatically fed into the machine nose at an average speed of 70 rivets per minute. This is twice the speed of conventional blind rivets. The feeder can hold up to 120 rivets. RIVELIT® repeat rivets can be supplied in paper strips, or pre-loaded onto a disposable 485, 510 or 785 mm needle. Long needles contain twice as many rivets as short needles. This cuts riveter reloading time in half. A wide range of riveting equipment is available to meet the needs of any company, from medium production runs to mass production. Tools can be pneumatic or oleo-pneumatic, standard or custom-built, portable or workstation-mounted, suspended or under-table, single-head or multi-head.
