To ensure optimum precision, the program generator offers quick and easy programming thanks to user guidance. All welding programs are automated thanks to intelligent program architecture and optimum program sequence.
Precision is guaranteed by X, Y and Z axis control.
In addition, free programmable movement of the Z-axis over a range from 0 to 120 mm ensures even greater precision.
The flexible automatic welding machine
The CPW can be equipped with two types of welding head, with or without length deviation compensation. Welding diameters range from M3 to M8, covering a stud length range from 8 to 40 mm. Stud feeding is automatic, handling up to 3 stud lengths per head.
Compatibility with automatic heads and generators
The CPW shares a number of features with the MPW, including compatibility with the KAH 412 C and KAH 412 LA automatic heads. Compatible generators, the IT 90 and IT 1002, ensure optimum performance.
