The MPW is a CNC stud welder designed for high productivity. This fully automatic machine excels in welding. It can work with up to 4 welding heads and control up to 8 axes for optimum versatility. It features fast, easy programming (Windows XP).

MPW : the flexible automatic welding machine

This innovative welder can accommodate three stud lengths per head, offering stroke adjustment for added flexibility. Stud lengths range from 8 to 40 mm, with welding diameters from M3 to M8. What’s more, three of the four heads cover the entire work area, ensuring maximum efficiency.

The MPW is available in 3 different table sizes: MPW 1010, MPW 2010 and MPW 3015, with work areas adapted to the user’s needs.

Compatibility with automatic heads and generators

The MPW shares a number of features with the CPW, including compatibility with KAH 412 C and KAH 412 LA automatic heads. Compatible generators, the IT 1002 and IT 90, ensure optimum performance. What’s more, this machine can be fitted with a wide range of accessories, such as a soapy water sprayer, a counterbore cutter and an anti-drum head holding device.
