      Welding unit designed for harsh environments with or without power source. Battery-powered PEGASAR 500 ACCU stud welding machine by capacitor discharge. Battery- or mains-powered for welding studs from M3 (40 studs/minute) to M6 (20 studs/minute). Autonomy up to 400 M6 studs.

      The PEGASAR 500 ACCU is a battery-powered stud welding generator designed for CD welding. It features inverter-capacitor charging technology, ensuring reliable, efficient welding power. What’s more, when combined with the generator, the C 06-3 welding gun guarantees optimum performance, ensuring precise, long-lasting welds.

      Compatible with a wide range of studs

      The welding range for steel studs extends from M3 to M6, while for aluminium studs it goes from M3 to M4. Stainless steel studs are also available, offering added versatility.

      Output is up to 40 studs/min for the M3 and up to 20 studs/min for the M6. This means maximum productivity.

      The reliable stud welding generator

      The fast soldering time, from 1 to 3 ms, combined with a capacitance of 100,000 µF, ensures accurate and reliable soldering results. This combination of speed and power meets the most demanding requirements.

      What’s more, thanks to its aluminium shell, the Pegasar benefits from a conduction cooling system. This ensures uninterrupted welding operations even in extreme conditions.

      A second battery and an external charger can be purchased. This allows you to charge one battery while working with the other, avoiding prolonged interruptions.

      IP44 protection

      By positioning the battery and locking it in place, the Pegasar 500 Accu achieves IP44 certification. This provides protection against solid objects larger than 1 mm and water splashes from all directions. This robust design guarantees optimum durability, even in harsh environments.
