      TAPPEXSelf-tapping unheaded – FOAMSERT®

FOAMSERT® headless self-tapping brass insert designed for low-density materials (fibrous materials or wood). Its wide, spaced external thread provides a good grip. The difference with the TRISERT® lies in its large outside diameter, its length and the distance between its wide flutes. It is also available in a countersunk head version. This offers increased resistance to tearing.
Can be fitted with a manual tool or pneumatic or electric screwdriver.

FOAMSERT® self-tapping unheaded inserts from Tappex ® are an effective solution for applications requiring reliable fastening in low-density materials such as fibrous materials or wood. This type of insert is specially designed to provide a solid grip, thanks to its wide, spaced external thread, ensuring optimum stability.
