      The Visar 1200 is a versatile stud-pull arc welding power source suitable for both short- and long-term welding applications. Equipped with inverter technology, this power source is compact, lightweight and highly resistant thanks to its rubber surrounds. This means it can be used reliably even in difficult environments. It is compatible with the A16 and A12.

      Compatible with a wide range of studs

      The Visar 1200’s welding range covers studs from M3 to M16, with diameters from 2 to 16 mm. It handles common materials such as steel, stainless steel and aluminium, offering flexibility for a variety of applications.

      What’s more, with a capacity of up to 21 studs per minute, the Visar 1200 ensures appreciable productivity. This performance is made possible by its high cycle rate. It is powered by inverter technology and an optimised cooling system.

      The reliable stud welding generator

      Adjustment of welding current and time is simplified by push-turn buttons and a user-friendly LCD screen. In addition, an extensive library and set-up wizard are available to optimise the power source and gun parameters to suit the application.

      Integrated process control enables high-quality evaluation and recording to ensure traceability and reliability.

      With an IP43 insulation class, the Visar 1200 is protected against foreign bodies larger than 2.5 mm and water splashes. This enhanced robustness ensures greater durability, even in tough working conditions.
